Successfully managing and executing a sustainability strategy requires a robust governance structure. One that facilitates decision-making and considers the long-term impact of actions and policies, while helping the company to measure and track performance. That’s why we chose a structure that aligns with the way Solina is organized as a company. This ensures sustainability is entirely embedded into our daily business activities, while it also promotes ownership and accountability.

Publish a report in accordance with CSRD by 2026
We see the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive as an opportunity to better structure our performance measurement, and to accelerate our sustainability journey. Moreover, Solina will comply with the EU taxonomy and will closely follow the developments regarding the Supply Chain Due Diligence Directive.
Progress and highlights
Silver medal by EcoVadis
To know where we are compared to other companies, every year we complete an EcoVadis assessment. This gives us insights into our performance in 4 key categories (environmental impact, labor and human rights, ethics, and procurement practices). The result in 2024: with a score of 71, Solina sits in the top 9% of all companies rated by Ecovadis.
This recognition marks a huge improvement compared to our score of 40 in 2022 and is in line with the momentum we see in our teams all around the world to advance our 2030 vision and motivates us to do even better in 2026 and beyond.
