OBJECTIVE:

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the continuous organization and optimization of the order administration, sampling (when requested) and when necessary some specific tasks to support sales people.

 

GENERAL RESPONSABILITIES & TASKS:

  • responsible for the order acceptation, order input and order confirmation to client (order confirmation should be given within 2 working days to clients)
  • communicate at a high level with the customers about the collection of the goods and/or supply of the goods to the customer
  • responsible to make / collect all the necessary paper work, needed for shipments to customers
  • inform all involved parties in case of new and relevant information concerning an order (delay, missing raw material, planning, quality, etc.)
  • works are carried out guided by the requirements of the fields of food safety,
