The co-owners are veterans of the dry food ingredients industry with many years of industry expertise, making the Bowman Ingredients partnership a recipe for success.

Our authentic Japanese electro bake process gives us a genuine high quality Panko breadcrumb. We make both fresh and dried breadcrumbs as well as American Style breadcrumb, gluten free and certified organic crumbs.
Spice specialists
Our expertise in cereal technology allows us to maintain complete control of the manufacturing process. With the very latest in product traceability systems and processing equipment we can take product quality, consistency and ultimately brand protection to the highest levels for our customers.
Blending expertise
Our high-volume blending plants blend bespoke marinades, seasonings, rubs, predusts, batters and breadings. High quality throughout the entire shelf life is our hallmark; we use mechanical entoleters, magnets and sieves and maintain the highest hygiene conditions. We also have onsite chemical and microbiological labs to test product quality before release.

We’re proud to uphold documentation certifying the following: BRC A Grade, Halal, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP. We’re also making strides in sustainability, introducing solar panels to our factory buildings.
Taking our first steps towards sustainability
We’re committed to the Bowman Ingredients and Solina way of thinking. We’re working on renewable energy and solar panels now help fuel both our R&D facility in Bangkok and our breadcrumb factory. We also aim to source our ingredients locally wherever possible.
Where are we?
Our Head office and R&D Centre are in Bangkok and are easily accessible, just 14km from Suvarnabhumi Airport and 4 km from BTS station. Our three factories are adjacent to each other within the Kabinburi Industrial Zone.
Where do we supply?
Bowman Ingredients Thailand predominantly manufactures food ingredient systems for customers in South-East Asia. We’re a cornerstone of the food processing industry in Thailand, the world’s largest exporter of poultry, in Indonesia and Malaysia whose strength is seafood, and in Vietnam where they specialise in bite-sized party food. Beyond, we supply Australia, the Middle East, and Europe. We also supply our own brand of breadcrumb, seasoning and breader coatings locally to shops and restaurants via a local distributor.
